NORTHERN REGION

Edward’s Fine Food and Wine – Rosemary Beach – The first stage of remodel is complete, and the remaining projects will begin in January 2019. Once complete, the newly renovated restaurant will offer a functional and comfortable space with more covered and intimate seating. Stay tuned to their social media channels for further updates. The new space will bring a casual, yet sophisticated feel to guests’ dining experience.

Bud and Alley – Seaside – Undergoing a facelift as part of an enhancement project to the longtime Seaside restaurant. As part of the project, a tower entrance will be added to the roof deck that will include an elevator and stairs and brand new bathrooms will be installed on the western edge of Bud and Alley’s including two upstairs bathrooms for the roof deck. Bud & Alleys will operate continuously, independent of the construction happening along the roadside and will be unaffected operationally by the enhancement project. The construction of the enhancement project is expected to take nine months.

30A Burger – South Walton – Newest burger restaurant in South Walton. Located at 30Avenue, 30A Burger serves up a variety of burgers, chicken, custard shakes and tasty bites in a casual setting. 30A Burger is open for lunch and dinner and offers both indoor and outdoor seating.

CENTRAL REGION

City Works Eatery and Pour House – Orlando – Also opening at Disney Springs, this option will boast 80 beers on tap, shareable American favorites and live sporting events on HDTVs.

The District GastroBar – Orlando – This new upscale restaurant and bar in downtown Orlando will offer an eclectic mix of gastronomy, mixology, art and entertainment while drawing inspiration from the mid-20th century African-American music scene. The venue will feature an open-air patio, beer garden and menu with Caribbean flare.

The Hampton Social – Orlando – Themed after New York’s coastal resort region, this Chicago original is coming to Pointe Orlando in 2019. Specializing in seafood, pizza and brunch, the eatery is known for unique dishes like Chicken and Doughnuts, and a signature “Rosé All Day.”

Lotus Asia House – Orlando – Offering creative cocktails and Pan-Asian cuisine inspired by street-food vendors, this vibrant, energetic eatery is coming to Pointe Orlando with a warm, spacious dining room designed to encourage mingling.

The NBA Experience – Orlando – Coming to Disney Springs in 2019, this state-of-the-art venue will include interactive games and competitions, immersive experiences, and a retail store.

Proper & Wild – Orlando – The operators of one of Orlando’s most popular vegetarian restaurants, Sanctum Café, are bringing this new concept to Winter Park, serving plant-based dishes that focus on modern food trends.
Sette – Orlando Offering pastas made from scratch, this rustic Italian kitchen is being developed by the owners of local favorite and nationally recognized bakery, Se7en Bite

SOUTHERN REGION

Chops and Hops – Fort Lauderdale – This restaurant will be Fort Lauderdale’s first ax-throwing bar, and will be a 2,000 sq. ft. venue housing six enclosed ax-throwing lanes with wooden targets in a cozy, lodge-inspired setting.

DUNE – Fort Lauderdale – An indoor-outdoor restaurant and bar at Auberge Beach Residences & Spa. Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant, a Napa-inspired eatery with a full bar, a winery-inspired private party space and an artisan retail market, opening at The Galleria at Fort Lauderdale early 2019.

Steelpan – Fort Lauderdale Beach – Sonesta Fort Lauderdale Beach announced more details on its new full-service restaurant, Steelpan, a kitchen and bar, opening in March 2019. The oceanfront restaurant is a Caribbean-American fusion kitchen and bar, serving up a menu influenced by the multicultural island flavors of South Florida, and will feature indoor/outdoor seating for guests to soak in the hotel’s stunning views.

JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort – Marco Island – Already renowned as one of the region’s best culinary destinations, the resort will offer two new dining outlets to guests in 2019 –Tesoro and 10K Alley. Tesoro, named after the Italian word for “treasure,” is an elegant adult-exclusive dining experience that will feature inspired Mediterranean cuisine served tapas style, highlighting the flavors of France, Italy, Spain and Greece. Tesoro’s multi-faceted menu celebrates the bountiful offerings from the Gulf, such as whole grilled local catches and a fresh raw bar, as well as the on-property Savita Garden’s fresh herbs, edible flowers and seasonal produce.

Lincoln Eatery – Miami Beach – Developed by Terranova Corp., Lincoln Eatery is the Miami Beach’s first food hall. It’s part of a wave of food halls that have recently opened or are in the works across the tri-county area. More are in the pipeline for the region, including Time Out Market, a London-based food hall brand expected to open this year in Miami Beach. Lincoln Eatery, a 9,600-square-foot food hall featuring 14 food and beverage vendors at 723 Lincoln Lane in Miami Beach.
